PET PUPPY SALES AGREEMENT

Members of The Beagle Club of N.S.W. Inc. are concerned about the welfare of the beagle and we ask you to sign the following agreement in an endeavour to protect our beagles from indiscriminate or accidental breeding. We also wish to limit the breeding of beagles for the export market and for use in colonies where they are used for experimental purposes.

  3. I/we agree to contact the breeder should I/we be unable to keep the beagle so that the breeder can either take the puppy back or assist in finding another suitable home.

  4. Property shall not pass in the beagle until payment has been made and received in full.
