"Chelsea" gave Urliup Beagles a number of firsts:

She was
awarded her first Challenge at 6 months of age under specialist Beagle
judge Mrs. Sue Bownds (Nangunyah Beagles) and was titled at 12 months of age
with her second Best in Group from an entry of over 300 hounds.
She retired from the ring in 1990 with well over 300 points to her credit.
She had a great show career winning
B.I.G., In Show and In Group awards and
was a class winner at several specialty shows. She produced many In Show
winners but saved the best for last with her last litter producing
Aust. Ch. Urliup Simply The Best
("Arnie") who has gone on to exceed
his mother's achievements in the ring and to make his "old mum" proud.
"Chelsea" was a bit of a
tattle tail, she always let you know what mischief the
other dogs were up to, as if to say look what they're doing, "I" wouldn't do
that.
She had a sweet nature and we were devastated to lose her suddenly in 1997.
"Chelsea" and "Lucy" are never far from our thoughts.
