Annie two days after her 15th birthday

After 15 years and 2 weeks as part of our lives,
Annie left for the Rainbow Bridge on 17 January 2004.

She was a wonderful showgirl but it is Annie the beagle that we came to know and love through the years of her retirement. Towards the end she was a vocal and cantankerous little madam but still very much a personality girl. She has left a big hole here at Urliup and we miss her very much.

Enjoy chasing the bunnies at the Bridge, little wombat.

"Annie" was a dream to show from her first time in the ring where she won Baby Puppy in Show to her last appearance at Sydney Royal (1992) where she was awarded Reserve Challenge Bitch and R/Up Best of Breed.

She was the Best Puppy Bitch in the Beagle Club of N.S.W. Point Score competition in 1989 and has won many In Show, In Group and Sweepstakes awards.
